### Senior Consultant

#### Responsibilities:

-   Lead and manage international assignments.
-   Develop strategic market mapping strategies and lead headhunting activities.
-   Build and maintain client relationships with professionalism and proactivity.
-   Mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.

#### Requirements:

-   5+ years in full-cycle recruitment or headhunting.
-   Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
-   Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

### Junior Consultant

#### Responsibilities:

-   Support international searches and assignments under senior guidance.
-   Conduct market mapping and assist in sourcing top talent.
-   Prepare documentation, manage tools and support search processes.
-   Collaborate with senior consultants to gain hands-on experience.

#### Requirements:

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business or related fields.
-   Fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
-   Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
