Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage international assignments.

Develop strategic market mapping strategies and lead headhunting activities.

Build and maintain client relationships with professionalism and proactivity.

Mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

5+ years in full-cycle recruitment or headhunting.

Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Junior Consultant

Responsibilities:

Support international searches and assignments under senior guidance.

Conduct market mapping and assist in sourcing top talent.

Prepare documentation, manage tools and support search processes.

Collaborate with senior consultants to gain hands-on experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business or related fields.

Fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
