Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage international assignments.
  • Develop strategic market mapping strategies and lead headhunting activities.
  • Build and maintain client relationships with professionalism and proactivity.
  • Mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment or headhunting.
  • Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Junior Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Support international searches and assignments under senior guidance.
  • Conduct market mapping and assist in sourcing top talent.
  • Prepare documentation, manage tools and support search processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business or related fields.
