Being an International Consultant at Kilpatrick means: 
  • Support and coordinate international assignments and searches with colleagues from 18 offices around the globe
  • Conduct strategic mapping of markets and conduct effective search activities, support our senior consultants and managers
  • Work closely with senior management and consultants in Recruiting/ Sourcing/ Head-Hunting top talent for clients
  • Prepare and preview documentation and support in back-office activities
  • Use our internal digital tools and technology to manage search processes 
  • Tech savvy, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT skills (Windows and Mac)
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, a second and third language will be an asset
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Ability to deal with multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented and efficient
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Foreign Languages, International disciplines, Human resources, or Business Management
You will be able to :
  • Work with a global team from 18 offices in an English-speaking environment, with clients from multi-national companies
  • Hands-on experience in executive search
  • Working along with Senior Team members in in one of our global hubs
  • Understand the process of executive search
  • On the frontier of digital innovation in the human resource industry

 Location: in one of our 6 global hubs
